Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We welcome custom and special requests on most of our items along with custom colors to match your projects. To process an order we require 50% down. All custom and special orders are non-refundable.

LEAD TIME & RUSH ORDERS (For Large, Wholesale & Custom Orders)
As Fanciful Designs is known for their handmade creations please place your order as soon as possible to ensure stock of materials, labor and shipping time. The lead time generally depends on how busy we are at the time and the size of your order. Please contact us with your approx order for a quote. We welcome rush orders to meet your deadlines, rush fees may apply.

All sales are final due to the products handmade or one of a kind nature.

NOTE: Generally, orders take about 6 weeks as each flower is made by hand and to order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us after your purchase with your request. For larger orders please contact us for lead- time as many items are handmade and take time to create.

A flat rate of 15% applies for all shipping & materials within the US. Please note some larger or custom orders require additional packaging or freight will need a price quote prior to shipping. If this is the case we will contact you for additional shipping dues.


  • Depending on your location, your order will ship USPS Parcel Ground Approx 7 Days or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time 2-6 days.
  • Expedited Orders: Please contact us for options.
  • Shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

Note: You will be charged automatically our US rate at checkout. If your shipment requires a larger amount due we will contact you shortly after your purchase. If you would like to get an approx quote prior to check out, please contact us as we’re happy to assist you.

  • All duties/taxes incurred by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International shipments generally do not include delivery confirmation, but insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

Fanciful Design Co. is not responsible for loss or damage of a package at the fault of the carriers.

We professionally pack each order with care to prevent damages.

Fanciful Designs must be notified within 24hrs so we can file a claim with the shipper. A photo of the damaged product is needed immediately for approval and customer must retain all packaging and boxing materials. If these are disposed of without our authorization, it may void damaged claim and no credit or replacement will be issued. Fanciful Designs is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged by the shipper. All shipments are insured for their full value. If customer is requested to return item(s) customer is responsible for all shipping charges which are non-refundable.

Currently we accept check by mail or payment via PayPal that coveintally accepts your PayPal balance, a credit/debit card, e-check or balance transfer from your bank account.

All items purchased and shipped within the state of California will be taxed at a rate of 9.50% unless we are provided will a California resale number.
