ABOUT RENTAL TERRITORIES: 

We are based out of Santa Barbara, CA. We currently offer rentals within a 150 mile radius from Santa Barbara, CA.  If you're located outside this distance or out of state fill out the form below so we can discuss options for you. We always do our best to meet any and all requests! 

 

FAQ'S 

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR?

Generally for 24hrs. Our way operating here at Fanciful is truly intuitive and our intention is that everyone involved is happy. That means we do our best to accomidate you. For shipped rentals there is generally a 2-3 day return. 

HOW DO I SECURE MY EVENT DATE?

Once you order is placed and payment has been made your order is secured. We will send you an email to follow up and confirm availability and discuss delivery/shipping. 

HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTAL?

We suggest as soon as possible! All of our flowers are handmade, we have some rental packages in stock but they may be already booked so we suggest ordering asap if we need to make a fresh batch for you.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

Yes! Please email us your event date so we can check availability before booking your event. Set Up Rate is $75+ per hour. 

HOW ARE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED or SHIPPED? 

The flowers come fully assembeled and ready to hang. For shipping all flowers are profecionally packed. The backdrop surface is not included. We are happy to guide you if you don't have an exisiting backdrop. 

HOW DO I ATTACH or HANG THE FLOWERS?

Each flower has a hook on the back, all you'll need are push pins, command hooks or string. They are incredibly easy to hang anywhere! 

BE CREATIVE! 

You don't have to place the flowers to fill the backdrop space, you can hang them any way you like to create a more flowing, organic feel. ~ Think of them as ornaments, they can be hung anywhere!
